YOUR FIRST VISIT WITH US
At your first appointment, we will take enough time to record your medical history and current complaints in detail. Please bring the following documents with you:
- If available: Previous medical reports, X-rays, CT/MRI images
- List of current medication, blood thinners, allergies?
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments can be made by telephone on 02732 / 769 86 96, by e-mail to info@privatpraxis-itani.de or directly via our website.
We endeavour to keep waiting times as short as possible and recommend planning appointments well in advance.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
If you are unable to keep an agreed appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This enables us to help other patients more quickly.
EMERGENCIES
In acute emergencies during opening hours, you can come directly to our practice or contact us by telephone.
Alternatively, in emergencies please contact 116117 (Kassenärztlicher Notdienst)
INSURANCE AND PAYMENT
Please note that we are a private practice and the costs for our services for self-paying patients are billed directly to our patients. A detailed invoice will be issued in accordance with the scale of fees for doctors (GOÄ).
DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data and medical information will be treated confidentially in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations. Further information on data protection can be found on our website under data protection.
PARKING FACILITIES
You will find free parking spaces directly at the practice and in the immediate vicinity.
